It’s packed at Fifi’s beauty salon in Haifa. As is normal in such a place, the women are quick to enter into conversation. The young director takes advantage of the situation, allowing her customers to air their opinions on the coexistence of Arabs and Jews as she washes their hair, while also offering a more general look at politics, history, love, and life.

the overhead camera over the sink, conversations about politics, womenhood, history, so much joy, humor, and humanity! the salon is possibly the best place for these interactions, physical (hand contact with scalp) and interpersonal (heart to heart, tho a bit manipulative)

视角挺有意思 / 巨大政治裂缝和微观生活 / 现实中很多问题都类似， 聚焦到局部总能发现一点希望 / 这也是日常生活，去符号的视角 / 影片展现的是一个sink的视角，其实想想，把自己的眼睛带入现实生活中一切静默的物体都是挺有趣的 / 啊 在静默中接纳与流动的一切都好迷人啊

其实很有意思诶，大家背景都不太一样，聊的内容其实信息量很大，不过都是在比较放松的环境下聊的，所以看起来也不会很沉重。而且虽然一开始导演有自己的观点，但她也很有耐心听别人的看法，很尊重其他人的表达，也坦诚自己可能一开始的想法不完全正确，这本身就挺好的，试问有多少男纪录片导演能做到

导演要是自己思想那么偏激就不要拍什么纪录片了。被采访的阿拉伯人（基督徒）都跟你说他们喜欢以色列他们支持IDF他们和犹太人相处很好了，身为导演还要继续强调种族歧视很严重啊，当事人都说没有了你还想怎样，不凸显一下自己的极左立场都是会死吗……
